Family Yoga Workshop

Yoga is a healthy, fun and relaxing activity that the entire family can enjoy! Join us for a special Family Yoga workshop for adults and children ages 6-10. Enjoy quality time together as we explore yoga through physical practice, breathing techniques, stories, games and relaxation. $8 for the first adult, $5 for each child and additional adults.
