Special Information for Early Childhood Educators

76% of children ages 3-5 are cared for at least once a week by someone other than a parent. Most often, the person providing this care is you, an Early Childhood Educator. Your important role in helping prepare children for school success is difficult to overstate. This is why your profession as a whole is a key community that Stories, Songs, and Stretches!® seeks to include.

To date, our founder Katie Scherrer and/or our individual workshops have been recognized by the state government departments that moderate and approve professional development for early childhood educators in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. If you don’t see your state on the list, please contact us to let us know you are interested and we will work to have it added.
