Itty Bitty Yoga

Come play yoga! Kids ages 3-5 and their adult caregivers explore yoga shapes, breathing and relaxation through stories, songs and play in these highly interactive classes. Classes are designed to engage the imagination of young children, and adults are encouraged to participate at their own level. Rate is $12 for drop-in classes or $40 for 4-week series. Special 10% discount being offered to families who register in advance for all 8 summer classes (Mondays, 10:30-11:15 AM 5/30 – 6/20 AND Tuesdays, 11:45 AM – 12:30 PM, 7/5-7/26).
