Kids Yoga Camp

As summer comes to an end, Yoga Camp is a great opportunity to engage in healthy physical practices while also learning mindfulness and relaxation practices that can help kids start the school year feeling strong in body and mind. Each session will include:
- age-appropriate yoga postures and practice
- mindfulness practice
- relaxation
- age-appropriate yoga philosophy discussion
- healthy snack
- fun yoga games
- partner and group poses and practice
- yoga craft
This camp is limited to kids ages 7-11. Only 12 spots are available, so register early! Cost is $150 and registration closes July 15. Early Bird price of $120 is being offered to those who register before July 1. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
