Kids Yoga Club

Yoga is a fun and healthy way to stretch and build strength in both body and mind. In addition to physical postures, kids ages 6 to 10 will learn breathing techniques, positive affirmations and relaxation strategies they can use in their daily lives. This is a six-week series; however, drop-ins can join us anytime at a cost of $12.
