Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a practice of deep stillness, in which poses are held, passive, for several minutes at a time. This process helps to balance the energetic body and allows the connective tissue to be stressed in a healthy, appropriate manner. The introspection and surrender offered in a yin practice make it a perfect complement to stronger, more dynamic (yang) styles of yoga. Rate is $12 per class or $40 for four-week series.
